- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk unsweetened
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast more to taste
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice or juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 pinch salt

- Blend all ingredients for the nacho cheese sauce together in a food processor or blender. The lemon is a key ingredient for making this taste like nacho sauce, so don't leave it out!
- Taste and add more Sriracha if you want more of a kick. However, as the sauce sits, the flavors meld so you may want to wait 5 minutes and check it again. If the sauce gets thick, add water or a little more soy milk to get it to the consistency you like.
- Pour into a bowl and use for dipping the yummy fries above. You can also use this sauce on top of potatoes or for other dips and toppings.
