Similar to a pesto as a use in dishes, we’ve been loving cilantro chutney in all of our meals! We layer it over curried potatoes or tofu, but you can also add it to coconut milk and vegan yogurt to make a dip, as a sauce on sandwiches, and more.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined and smooth. Serve immediately or store for later use. You can also make several batches and freeze into cubes for later use.
