This Asian Peanut Sauce is perfect for soba noodle salads, over rice and veggies, tropical salads or fresh veggie bowls!

Asian Peanut Sauce

  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter made of peanuts and oil only - no added sugar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp water more if needed


  • Mix all of the sauce ingredients except for the water together well. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time to thin out the dressing since you will mix this into the salad. You don't want it too thick or too thin. *Double the amount of sauce if making more noodles than in the instructions.
  • Pour the Peanut Sauce over your salad, veggie bowl or as a delicious stir-fry topping!
